Hi, I'm Alysun! I am 49 years old, and am an avid gym goer and generally active and positive person. My husband spent 24 years in the Marine Corps, and we have three grown children...two daughters 25 and 22, and a son who is 18. After retirement, we decided to stay in Surf City, NC, where we opened a restaurant with our friends. We have fallen in love with our little beach town and are very active with our church, our friends, and our local businesses!

Eight years ago, I was fit but not healthy… I did “all the right things” and was marathon training, but I was exhausted, depressed/anxious, bloated, sick all the time (major allergies) and had awful hormone imbalances.
